About Marcy McNeal

Seasoned, engaging trainer, facilitator, and coach with more than 25 years' experience in leading workshops and multi-day training courses, both in-person and virtually.

Through her experience in working with over 400 CEOs and other leaders, Marcy recognizes the gap that exists in the growth and development of professionals at all levels of organizations to effectively manage relationships and thrive in the workplace.

​Marcy guides individuals to achieve life-changing breakthroughs, enhancing their value and contributions to their organization along the way. She is passionate about helping businesses and organizations grow healthier and therefore more valuable to their communities.

Certified social and emotional intelligence coach through the Institute for Social and Emotional Intelligence, with additional training and experience in psychological safety, team effectiveness, communication, and leadership development.

The role social and emotional intelligence plays in people’s success is accessible to anyone. By creating awareness of how behaviors can sabotage a person’s efforts to reach their goals, Marcy supports and coaches individuals to choose the behaviors that align with what they want to produce. She finds no greater fulfillment than when her clients discover the tools that will get them to the next level in their work and life.

Background

After leading two non-profit organizations for 10 years, Marcy spent 14 years training and coaching more than 350 teams at non-profit organizations. Areas of focus included sustainable funding, organizational development, staff training, culture/board management, and crisis management. All told, she facilitated raising more than $400M to fulfill their missions. Marcy has worked with many well-known organizations, including Goodwill, Habitat for Humanity, American Red Cross, Girl Scouts, Special Olympics, and the Boys and Girls Club.

Marcy received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Marketing from Colorado State University. She considers herself a Colorado native, though she currently works with clients from her home in Florida.
