After leading two non-profit organizations for 10 years, Marcy spent 14 years focusing on sustainable funding systems for non-profits as a coach and instructor. She trained and coached more than 350 teams in sustainable funding, organizational development and board/culture management resulting in over $400M raised to fulfill their missions. ​
